Lifetime Limited Warranty
Hanwha L&C Corp & Williams Trading Inc. will furnish a replacement of any HanexTop Stone that is found to be defective free of charge, including labor, it if has been installed and maintained according to instructions, subject to the following terms:
The replacement will be effected if the defect was not obvious at the time of installation and the defect has appeared within the first 10 years of use. If the defect appears after the first 10 years, Hanwha L&C Corp & Williams Trading Inc.will, at its choice, either replace or repair the defect. This warranty shall not include loss of time, inconvenience, incidental expenses, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so that the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied. This warranty service is available only by written notice to Hanwha L&C Corp & Williams Trading Inc. or through the dealer from whom the Hanex Top Stone was purchased. Notification must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and can only be authorized by Hanwha L&C Corp & Williams Trading Inc.

Hanwha L&C Corp & Williams Trading Inc. will furnish a replacement of any Hanex Top Stone that is found to be defective, including labor, if it has been installed and maintained according to the instructions, subject to the following terms:
The replacement will be effected if the defect was not obvious at the time of installation. For the first five years, the replacement will be free of charge. Thereafter the replacement charge will be prorated according to the number of years in use or Hanwha L&C Corp & Williams Trading Inc. may, in its sole discretion, arrange for the repair and restoration free of charge. This warranty shall not include loss of time, inconvenience, incidental expenses, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so that the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied. This warranty service is available only by written notice to Hanwha L&C Corp & Williams Trading Inc. or through the dealer from whom the Hanex Top Stone was purchased.
